Format *.md files with prettier
The `npm run format` command now matches
the husky `lint-staged`-commands.
Also upgraded to prettier v3.

Template for issues and pull-request
I've noticed that many issues are answered with "Please provide a jsfiddle".
This issue template tells the reporter to do that from the start.
